Our Mission Statement

To provide decent, safe and sanitary housing. We also provide related services to prevent the premature transition to full-care facilities.

Our after-school tutoring program at the Whitney Reeves Barnard Learning Center aims to provide a safe place for children to come in the afternoons for activities and tutoring.

Our Residents

Most of our residents are low-income families and elderly and disabled individuals seeking a higher quality life and affordable housing. We ensure that our residents needs are met through state regulations and handicap accessibility features.

Pine Valley Center

Located on our grounds is our Pine Valley Center which is a great highlight of our community. Here, we have a meal service and kitchen where we serve lunch at noon Monday through Friday. We also bring meals to our residents.

We offer an endless variety of amenities here at Magnolia Housing Authority. Beyond our tranquil scenery and meal services, we offer transportation to local shops (Walmart, Dr.'s Office, etc) as well as Title XX Service (performing daily chores).
